RB2B

US website visitors named in Slack — free at company level, person-level from $79/mo

Overview

RB2B identifies the people visiting your website — US-focused — and pushes them to Slack in real time, so reps can act on intent while it is fresh. The free plan now stops at company level: 150 resolutions a month that name the business, with no person-level ID, no email addresses and no integrations. Naming the individual starts on Starter at $79/mo (LinkedIn profile to Slack or Teams, still no emails); business emails and CRM or webhook integrations start on Pro at $149/mo. The Slack-native, product-led workflow that made it a community favorite is intact — the free person-level tier that made it an easy yes is not. It remains a signal, not a database or a sequencer: pair it with one to act.

Our advice

RB2B is still an easy test: install it, watch the free company-level feed in Slack for a week, and only pay for Starter once you know your traffic is worth naming. Keep expectations scoped: US-only, signal not database, and tighten the ICP filters or the Slack channel turns into noise.

How we run it

We installed RB2B on our own site behind our consent banner and ran it next to Leadfeeder in the same visitor-to-outreach workflow. We ended up dropping the automated branch and cancelling: sending identifications anywhere other than Slack — a webhook, Make, Zapier — sits on the paid tier, and our traffic volume did not justify paying for it. When we ran it, the free Slack feed still named individual visitors, and it was genuinely useful if a rep read it. It no longer does: since September 2026 the free plan names the company only, person-level starts at $79/mo and anything beyond Slack at $149/mo.

The honest take

Where it breaks

Outside the US, where coverage drops; on the free plan, which names companies rather than people; and when treated as more than a signal — filtering and data-accuracy gaps show up, and it doesn't store data or send outreach.

The verdict

The quickest way to put named US visitors into Slack — from $79/mo, now that the free plan stops at company level. Pair it with enrichment and a sequencer to act, and reach for Leadfeeder if your buyers are in the EU.

FAQ

Who is RB2B best for?

Founders and SMB sales teams in the US who want real-time, person-level website visitor identification pushed straight to Slack, for $79/mo on Starter. It fits PLG motions acting on individual visitor signals and reps who live in Slack and want intent the moment it happens — provided their buyers are US-based, since coverage is US-focused, and they pair it with enrichment and a sequencer to act.

How much does RB2B cost?

There's a free plan, then Starter at $79/mo, Pro at $149/mo and Pro+ at $199/mo. The free plan is company-level only: 150 resolutions a month in Slack, with no person-level ID, no emails and no integrations. Starter names the person — LinkedIn profile to Slack or Teams, 300 resolutions, still no emails. Pro adds business email addresses and every other integration from 600 resolutions a month, and Pro+ adds premium resolution and volume up to 20,000.

Is RB2B person-level or company-level?

It depends on the plan. The free plan names only the company; from Starter ($79/mo) RB2B names the individual visitor and pushes their LinkedIn profile to Slack, and from Pro ($149/mo) it adds a business email. Coverage is US-focused, unlike company-level tools such as Leadfeeder, which name the organization. For EU or global company-level identification, Leadfeeder fits better; for global person-level, Warmly does.

Does RB2B work outside the US?

Coverage is US-focused, so identification drops off outside the US. For EU or global company-level identification, Leadfeeder fits better with its strong, GDPR-compliant European coverage; for a global person-level platform, Warmly works but is far pricier with annual enterprise pricing. If your buyers are mostly US-based, RB2B's Slack workflow is the fastest place to start — free at company level, $79/mo to name the person.

RB2B vs Warmly?

Both identify people on your site, but RB2B starts free at company level and names US visitors from $79/mo, with a Slack-first workflow, while Warmly is a pricier global platform with autonomous inbound and outbound agents and annual pricing from $10k/yr. RB2B is the cheap test for US person-level intent in Slack; Warmly suits mid-market teams with traffic and budget wanting global reach plus agents.

What are the best RB2B alternatives?

Leadfeeder for company-level EU coverage, Warmly for a global person-level platform, and Clay to enrich and action the signals. Leadfeeder names accounts with strong GDPR-compliant European reach, Warmly extends person-level identification globally with autonomous agents, and Clay adds the enrichment to turn an identified visitor into a contact you can actually reach and sequence.
