Leadfeeder

Company-level website visitor identification (Dealfront)

Overview

Leadfeeder (now part of Dealfront) identifies the companies visiting your website via reverse-IP, scores buying intent, and pushes alerts to sales — with strong European, GDPR-compliant coverage and a genuinely useful free tier. Its edge is turning anonymous traffic into named accounts where company-level intent is enough to act. The trade-off is exactly that: it identifies companies, not individuals, so for person-level intent you'll want a different tool, and reviewers flag the usual data and integration rough edges. Dealfront and Leadfeeder are the same commercial offer: dealfront.com/pricing redirects to leadfeeder.com/pricing, and this page carries both. The separate Dealfront entry was merged into this one on 2026-09-16.

Our advice

Leadfeeder is our default when a client's buyers are in Europe and company-level intent is enough to trigger a play. The free tier makes it easy to prove value; just remember it names the account, not the person — route alerts to the right rep and pair with enrichment to reach a human.

How we run it

Leadfeeder is the engine behind our own website-intent play. Our self-hosted n8n polls the visitor API hourly, takes the companies it returns, resolves a person on them with Apollo, then runs an ICP gate, a 30-day dedup and a check against our CRM so nobody already in a conversation gets pulled in. What survives is routed by language into an email sequence or a LinkedIn one. The honest result: over seven weeks that pipeline produced almost nothing, and the fault was ours, not the tool's — two thirds of our traffic is bots or out of market, so there was very little real to identify in the first place.

The honest take

Where it breaks

When you need the individual, not the company: it's company-level by design. Reviewers also flag data and integration friction, and acting on alerts still needs a separate enrichment + outreach step.

The verdict

The pragmatic pick for company-level, GDPR-friendly visitor identification — strongest in Europe, with a free tier to prove it. For person-level intent, pair or swap in RB2B (US) or Warmly.

FAQ

Who is Leadfeeder best for?

B2B marketing and sales teams — especially in Europe — that want to turn anonymous website traffic into named companies with buying intent, with GDPR-compliant coverage. It suits RevOps teams routing intent alerts into the CRM and any company where company-level identification is enough to trigger a play, backed by a free Lite tier that reveals up to 100 companies a month to prove value.

How much does Leadfeeder cost?

There's a free Lite tier (100 companies/mo), then Website Visitor Identification from €99/mo (annual) for unlimited reveals, and a Platform plan from €399/mo for prospecting.

Is Leadfeeder person-level or company-level?

Company-level — Leadfeeder names the organization visiting your site via reverse-IP, not the individual visitor. It scores buying intent and pushes alerts to sales, which is enough when company-level signal triggers your play. For person-level intent that names the actual individual, look at RB2B (US, person-level from $79/mo) or Warmly (global, with autonomous agents).

Is Leadfeeder GDPR-compliant?

Yes — Leadfeeder identifies companies rather than individuals and has strong, compliant European coverage, which is a key reason EU teams pick it. Because it names the organization via reverse-IP and not a named person, it sidesteps person-level data concerns, making it the pragmatic choice for European B2B teams that need GDPR-friendly company-level visitor identification with intent scoring.

Leadfeeder vs RB2B?

Leadfeeder identifies companies globally with strong, GDPR-compliant EU coverage; RB2B identifies individual people but is US-only, with person-level from $79/mo. Leadfeeder names the account via reverse-IP and offers a free Lite tier plus paid plans from €79/mo, while RB2B names the person and pushes to Slack. Choose by geography and whether you need company- or person-level intent.

What are the best Leadfeeder alternatives?

RB2B for US person-level identification from $79/mo, Warmly for a global person-level platform, and Clay or Apollo to action the accounts. RB2B names individuals in the US from $79/mo, Warmly extends person-level reach globally with autonomous agents, and Clay or Apollo add enrichment and sequencing to turn an identified account into a contacted, followed-up human.
